Rigel Snow is a 3 pass Blackout drapery fabric. Made in 100% polyester yarns with blackout backing, Rigel meets the NFPA 701 flame specifications. The face side of this fabric has a beautiful silk look with a slub yarn in a White coloration, adding elegance to this high tech drapery.
